The Niagara Falls KOA campground is one of two KOA-sponsored sites on the American side. Just seven miles from the falls, this campground is located on Grand Island near two state parks and Martin's Fantasy Island Amusement Park. Sites are available for tents, RVs and campers; cabin rentals are available. Amenities include wireless Internet, outdoor and indoor swimming facilities, kitchen and snack bar, recreational courts, playground, pet park and patio sites. Activities include paddle boat and canoe rentals, catch-and-release fishing ponds, outdoor movies, seasonal hayrides, kids' crafts, bike rentals and a 34-mile paved trail along the Niagara River . KOA-hosted tours of the falls are available for purchase, with a boat ride on Maid of the Mist included.

This campground is one mile off of the New York State Thruway and ten minutes from the waterfalls. This is the largest campground near Niagara Falls on the Canadian side, with 400 total sites available for tents, camper trailers and RVs. Cabin rentals are also available. Pets are allowed although restricted from the cabins. Amenities include shower area, swimming pool, playgrounds, arcade, miniature golfing and a small water park. Activities include organized children's events, off-road cycling and dances at the pavilion. The campground offers shuttle service to the waterfalls.
