The rooms share "semi-private" bathrooms located on each hall and contain basic furniture including a desk and chair.

An Enchanted Garden is a more upscale three-room bed and breakfast. The rooms are all single or double occupancy, but two of the three share a bathroom. As of February 2011, the two that share a bathroom are $119 CAD a night, while the room with its own bathroom is $139 CAD a night. Each room features wireless Internet, and guests have access to a living room and kitchen.
The Royal Albert is located adjacent to Queen's University and features four Victorian-style rooms. Bathrooms are shared and wireless Internet is available. This bed and breakfast was recently renovated.
