The Eduard Heinrichhaus is located along the Tauern Cycle Path, a scenic bike trail approximately 186 miles long, and about 25 minutes' walking distance from Salzburg's Old Town. The hostel offers a few single and double-occupancy rooms along with its dorm accommodations, most with private bathrooms. Guests who opt to purchase full- or half-board get a three-course lunch and buffet dinner with their accommodations and all guests are welcome to the Heinrichhaus' continental breakfast. The Kolpinghaus is located within a 15-minute walk from Salzburg's train station and in addition to providing hostel accommodations, the Kolpinghaus continues founder Adolph Kolping's mission of community enrichment through providing social and educational services. The Kolpinghaus offers long-term accommodations for single mothers and their children; relationship and substance abuse counseling services for individuals and families; and aids political asylum seekers integrating into Austrian society.
