How many people are homeless in Estonia?

According to the Estonian Red Cross, there were an estimated 1,100 homeless people in Estonia in 2021. This number has been relatively stable over the past few years, although there has been a slight increase in the number of homeless women and children. The majority of homeless people in Estonia are single men between the ages of 25 and 44. Most of them have low incomes, and many have mental health problems or addictions.
