The Bay Breeze Bed and Breakfast was originally built in Victorian style in 1886 and is just a few minutes away from one of the United States' oldest collection of court house records. The Rittenhouse Motor Lodge was built in 1952 and is just ten minutes south of Eastville on Highway 13 in the City of Cape Charles. There are 13 rooms, with the basic amenities including air conditioning, cable television and free Wi-Fi. The rooms do not have telephones. The Rittenhouse Motor Lodge is famous for its collection of amber glass and antiques. The Rittenhouse is also extensively landscaped and seeks to serve its patrons with a park-like atmosphere.
