Motels in Salisbury Beach, MA

The northernmost community in Massachusetts, Salisbury and Salisbury Beach is a popular summer resort town located on the New Hampshire border. A resort town that saw its vibrancy fade in the 1960s, the community now features quaint motels, inns and homes. Salisbury State Reservation is the official name of the beachfront, which features four miles of sand and dunes. The reservation also has a fishing jetty, boat ramp, playground and camping area.

    • Open year-round, the Shoreline Motel is located in Salisbury, facing the Atlantic Ocean. A family-owned accommodation, the motel has three fully-equipped apartments and three standard motel rooms. The apartments have either two or three bedrooms and a kitchen.     • Offering endless views of the Atlantic Ocean from the back deck of most rooms, Michael's Oceanfront Motel is open all year, featuring summer rates from May to mid-September and seasonal rates the rest of the year. Located in Hampton Beach, just two miles north of Salisbury Beach over the the New Hampshire border, this is a seasonal hotel which remains open from April to late October. The hotel has a variety of rooms and suites, most with ocean views and access. Accommodations range from two double beds to single king beds with an additional sofa bed. Most rooms have a kitchenette. Advance reservations during peak summer months require a three-night minimum. Guests looking for a good seafood meal can walk to Castaways Seafood Grille, a few blocks south of the hotel.

    Harris Sea Ranch Motel

    • Located three miles north of Salisbury over the New Hampshire border, The Harris Ranch Motel offers a variety of rooms, many with sweeping views of the ocean. Deluxe rooms feature private balconies as well as kitchenettes. Courtyard rooms rent for a little less but offer similar sleeping accommodations. Guests looking for more space should consider the suite room. Able to accommodate up to eight people, the suite has three bedrooms, a fireplace, a full kitchen, dining area and a 50-foot oceanfront private balcony.
