Golf Hotels in Los Angeles

Over 100 golf courses for varying skill levels dot the urban expanse of Los Angeles, California, including seven 18-hole courses and three 9-hole courses. Several hotels have on-site golf facilities, including some of the best courses in Los Angeles. While many golf courses have nearby hotels, a small number of properties are true "golf hotels" with integrated lodging and golf facilities.
  1. Pacific Palms Resort

    • With the San Gabriel Mountains as its backdrop, the Pacific Palms Resort sits among the Dwight D. Eisenhower and Babe Didrikson Zaharias golf courses. The courses form the Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms, one of the oldest public courses on the West Coast. In 2010, Golf Digest awarded 4.5 stars out of five to the "Ike" course and four stars to the "Babe" course, making them the only 4-star courses in Los Angeles. The 650-acre resort features a spa and is approximately 25 minutes east of downtown Los Angeles.

    Manhattan Beach Marriott

    • The Manhattan Beach Marriott sits on 26 acres of beautiful grounds that evokes the sense of being at a resort. The highlight of the property is the Manhattan Beach Marriott Golf Club's 9-hole course. With views of the golf course, the View restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, while Escape opens later in the day for dinner. The golf hotel is steps from the Manhattan Marketplace Shopping Center, Houston's Restaurant and McCormick & Scmick's Seafood. Manhattan Beach and the shores of the Pacific Ocean are just two miles away.

Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Montebello

    • The Hilton Garden Inn is eight miles east of downtown Los Angeles and sits on the first tee of the 18-hole Montebello Golf Course. With a history dating back to 1928, the 120-acre course is managed by the City of Montebello. The hotel features a 24-hour business center, convenience mart, outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, and a fitness center. On-site, guests can unwind at QC2020, one of the largest nightclubs in Southern California, and enjoy breakfast or dinner at the Great American Grill Restaurant.

    Terranea Resort

    • Terranea sits on 102 acres in the affluent community of Rancho Palos Verdes, south of downtown Los Angeles. The 582-room, European-inspired resort offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and features the Links at Terranea, a 9-hole golf course. Other amenities include a luxurious oceanfront spa and three pools, as well as eight restaurants, bars and lounges. The family-friendly resort offers instruction at the golf course, a dedicated pool for families, and supervised activities for children through the Tide Pool kids club.
