Hotel Conneaut was founded in 1903 and continues to offer guests a taste of the past in an elegant but relaxed setting. To preserve the historic nature of the hotel, guest rooms do not have heat or air conditioning, telephones or television. The room do, however, have ceiling fans and the lake can be counted on to provide a regular breeze.
The hotel operates only during the summer months. Visitors may enjoy a trip to Conneaut Lake Park where they can ride on the Blue Streak, a historic wooden roller coaster.
