The Willows Motel is located 12 miles to the east of Almira in the town of Wilbur. All of the rooms are on the ground floor and guest can pull up their cars in front of the units' front doors. Columbia River Inn is situated across the street from the Grand Coulee Dam Visitors Center. The visitors' center features movies and displays about the Grand Coulee Dam. It also has a walking tour of the dam and and stages a laser light show on summer evenings. The inn's facilities include a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna area with an outdoor hot tub. Some of the rooms also have whirlpool spas. An 18-hole public golf course is located next to this hotel, which is on the shores of North Banks Lake where guests can fish. Several hiking trails can also be reached by foot from the Columbia River Inn.
