Located five minutes from Sliver Cliff, Colorado, this motel is small but inexpensive. It contains 11 rooms, each of which is a suite with full kitchen and dining area. Guests can choose rooms with either a California king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. The motel provides wireless Internet and satellite television, and is one block away from a grocery store. It offers ATV rentals at the rate for $100 for a half-day rental or $150 for a whole day, as of February 2011. You can take the ATVs on trails around the Sandy Crystal Mountains located near the motel.
The Westcliffe Inn is less than five minutes from Silver Cliff. It features 28 rooms, some with king and some with queen-sized beds. You can also book a king suite, which has one king-sized bed and one sofa that becomes a queen-sized bed. Rooms with king-sized beds also contain whirlpool bathtubs. Most rooms are non-smoking, but a few are not. The hotel provides television, a microwave, a mini-fridge and a complimentary breakfast. There is also an on-site spa, and surrounding mountains provide recreational activities.
The Over The Brim Inn is open only during the summer, and operates as a bed and breakfast. It contains three rooms, two of which can be booked as a suite for an additional cost. Each room has a private bath; two with showers only, and one with a shower and bathtub. All three rooms were renovated in 2010. The Inn provides breakfast each morning, as well as an afternoon snack. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The Courtyard Country Inn is located in the mountains, only a few minutes' drive from Silver Cliff. It, too, is a bed and breakfast. Guests with dogs can stay in one of two designated pet-friendly rooms for a small additional fee. The Inn features both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, two waterfalls and a fish pond. Access wireless Internet on the property for no fee. Each room has a private bath. Breakfast is served every morning, and complimentary beverages--beer, tea or wine--are offered in the afternoon.
