According to the Bears Inn website, this promises a "comfortable and relaxing setting" for carrying out meetings. There are only basic amenities on offer for business, so those using the Bears Inn for meetings are required to bring their own advanced equipment if they wish to project images or carry out multimedia presentations. Guests at the Bears Inn can enjoy the hotel's picturesque 1920s cabin setting equipped with wood burning fireplaces, cable televisions and en suite facilities.

The Table Mountain Inn has the largest conference and meeting space of the Evergreen-area hotels. With room for up to 200 delegates, Table Mountain's Arapho and Del Rio rooms can accommodate 150 people in seats and 200 in standing room. The Kokopelli Room offers a more intimate meeting space, hosting up to 60 seated and 80 standing guests. According to the Table Mountain Inn website, the Kokopelli Room boasts "state of the art audio visual equipment", but there is no indication of any other meeting facilities available other than the obvious tables, chairs and food service.
