Gurdon is small town in southwestern Arkansas along Interstate 30. The town of Gurdon is not large enough to support the existence of hotels; Arkadelphia is the closest city to Gurdon with lodging, 15 miles north of the town. The city is host to a variety of chain hotels, as well as such attractions as DeGray Lake State Park and Henderson State University.
