Interstate 75 is one of the major highway corridors in the state of Florida, passing through Sunshine State cities such as Gainesville, Tampa, Fort Myers and Miami. Roadside and chain motels are available right off the interstate's exits in all of these cities. Outdoor attractions near Florida's segment of Interstate 75 include the Everglades National Forest, Busch Gardens amusement park in Tampa and the University of Florida.

Fort Myers' Econo Lodge Airport hotel is right off Interstate 75's Daniels Parkway exit – or Exit 131 – less than five minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. The Spinnaker Plaza Motel in Naples is on the Pine Ridge Road exit, or Exit 107. This lodging option has an outdoor pool and lounge area for group gatherings.
