    • Brett/Robinson has created 10 numbered Phoenix condominium complexes on the Alabama Gulf Coast in Orange Beach, Alabama. All 10 properties are located about 4 to 5 miles from the downtown Gulf Shores area and about 8 miles from Orange Beach, both of which are filled with shops and restaurants. Condos overlook the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass and include wide balconies for viewing the surrounding scenery. On-site pools and fitness centers provide convenient relaxation opportunities. Snorkeling, wind surfing and sun bathing are just a few blocks away from the condo property.

      The Phoenix I and II properties offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units that accommodate from four to eight guests. All units are fully furnished and properties feature outdoor pools, gazebos, lighted tennis courts and fitness centers. The Phoenix X offers the same unit accommodations and amenities as the first Phoenix properties (I and II) including barbecue grills and washer/dryer units, but also includes a kids' pool and racquetball court and is located about 10 miles off of Highway 59.     • Phoenix West is a vacation company and Brett/Robinson's newest condominium development. It is situated a short walk from the beach on Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach about 2 miles off of Highway 161. Phoenix West features 27 floors of three- and four-bedroom condominiums. Each condo unit has more than 1,900 square feet of living space. Condos are fully furnished and are available to rent for short periods of time like a few nights, or longer periods of time like a few months. The condo property features a lighted tennis court, a lazy river with water slide, Jaccuzis and saunas as well as a fitness center. Condos also feature fully furnished kitchens, on-site security and washer/dryers. A three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo sleeps eight people and a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom unit accommodates 10. Condo rental rates start at about $175 per night, as of 2010.
