The Prentice Women's Hospital, located off of East Superior Street, is one of Chicago's premier state-of-the-art health care facilities for women. Opened in late 2007, the hospital specializes in a variety of women and children's services including obstetrics care, gynecology and pediatrics, as well as high-risk facilities such as neonatal intensive care and maternal-fetal medicine. For out-of-town patients who are receiving outpatient care, there are a number of hotels near the hospital that offer comfortable accommodations.
