The Lake Roy Beach Inn is a privately owned hotel on the waterfront of what's known as the "Chain Of Lakes," a group of 24 Central Florida lakes linked by canals. Guest rooms at the 33-room hotel are the most affordable option, as they are the smallest rooms available, and only offer views of the parking lot. One-bedroom suites feature king-sized beds, a living room with a fold-out couch, and a private porch with a waterfront view. The one-bedroom kitchenette suites offer two double beds, a small kitchenette area, and a private porch and patio area. The largest available accommodations are the townhouse kitchenette suites, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a private porch and patio.
