The Water Boggan of Emerald Isle Water Park is located within half a mile of the Emerald Isle Bridge. The Water Boggan of Emerald Isle is one of the oldest water parks of the area and is a historic landmark of the city. The Water Boggan of Emerald Isle Water Park has several water slides of various sizes as well as on-site dining options and a snack bar. There is an indoor and outdoor recreational center and gaming facility for kids on the premises of the Water Boggan Water Park.

The Jungle Rapids water park of North Carolina is located in Wilmington, which is less than a half-hour drive from Emerald Isle, North Carolina. Jungle Rapids Water park is one of the six theme activities available at Jungle Rapids which include laser tag, go carts, and more. The water park has a large half-pipe water slide, a lazy river, and a kiddie splash pool. There is also a million gallon wave-pool with various waves sizes and ocean simulation without the sharks or sand. There are several dining options and snack bars throughout the park and Jungle Rapids is able to accommodate birthday parties and special events. Season passes are available for purchase at the ticket office.
