Sneedville is a small town in the Appalachian Mountains, 25 miles east of the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park in Tennessee. There are no motels in Sneedville, the county seat of Hancock County, however there are travel accommodations within the surrounding area. The town hosts the Hancock Fall Festival each year.
