Located in the Ouachita National Forrest 15 miles west of Hot Springs, Arkansas, the Brady Mountain Resort & Marina is a full-service marina with 650 permanent slips and a fleet of boat rentals. The resort also provides a variety of accommodations, including log cabins with two or three bedrooms. As of January 2011, the off-season rate (October 1 through February 28) for log cabin rentals starts at $139 per night; for modern cabins, it's $195 per night. Guests must stay a minimum of two nights (three nights on holiday weekends) and may bring pets for an additional $20 per night. The cabins are fully equipped with linens, towels (cabin use only) and kitchen utensils.

As of January 2011, the off-season rate (October 1 through April 30) for the lakefront cabin with two double beds is $79.95 per night; the log cabin (with two bedrooms, one bath and a loft) is $129.95 per night. Guests must stay a minimum of two nights on the weekends (three nights during holidays), and they may keep pets in the lakefront cabin for an additional $10 per day, per pet.
The Spillway Resort & Marina, located 14 miles west of Hot Springs, Arkansas, offers boat rentals, covered and uncovered boat slips, a floating dock, seasonal restaurant and rustic cabins that can sleep up to four people each. The resort is open year-round, and cabin rentals start at $75 per night (as of January 2011). Guests will enjoy the wood interiors, queen-size beds, indoor fireplaces, full kitchens and bathrooms, and large front porches.
