Log Cabins in the Adirondacks

    Moose Country Cabins

    • Located in the western Adirondacks, Moose Country Cabins is a year-round resort that offers its guests access to Old Forge Pond, a recreational lake with a private beach and fishing docks. Daily, weekly and seasonal rates are available. Access to Wi-Fi Internet and picnic areas are available throughout the cabin resort. All of the 12 log cabins provide fully furnished kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms with fireplaces and cable televisions.     North Pole Campground

    • The North Pole Campground, situated in the western Adirondacks, is on the Ausable River, which offers fishing and kayaking opportunities, and it is less than 10 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. This recreational peak provides trails for cross-country skiing and snowmobile riding during the winter. The campground has a riverfront log cabin with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer/dryer unit, kitchen and living room with satellite television. Amenities at this resort include two outdoor swimming pools, picnic area with barbecue grills, laundromat and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet throughout the resort.

    Cochran's Cabins

    • The Cochran's Cabins resort is on the southeastern edge of the Saranac Lakes region, and it is on the shores of Kiwassa Lake. The 23-acre resort offers fishing and boating facilities on the lake, and it is less than 20 minutes from hiking trails in the High Peaks Recreation Area. Kayak and canoe rentals are available from the resort. The 13 log cabins at this resort are secluded from one another, and each has outdoor porches, kitchens, dining rooms and living room areas. Nightly and weekly rates are available. Pets are allowed to stay, but they must be on a leash outside of your cabin.
