Indiana Beach Amusement Resort is located in the northwestern part of Indiana along Lake Shafer. The resort is a combination of an amusement park and waterpark with on-site accommodations. There are several lodging choices available, and admission to both parks is included with any lodging reservation. Beach House Inn, Boardwalk Motel and Ideal Beach Suites all offer guest rooms with maid service and cable television. Indiana Beach, The Beach Club Resort, and Hoosier Pointe cottages feature kitchen and bath areas with appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves and microwaves. Quick service and sit-down restaurants are located in and around the resort.

Fourwinds Resort & Marina sits on the shoreline of Lake Monroe, approximately 10 miles south of Bloomington, Indiana. Guests can enjoy water sports on the lake in addition to an indoor/outdoor pool. Fairfax State Recreation Area is only three miles from the resort for hikers who are seeking nature trails to explore. Rooms with one king size bed or two double beds are available. Most feature views of the lake and patios. Two room suites are also offered that include a sitting room. Quarterdeck Dining Room, open April through March, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Windjammer Lounge serves light fare in a sports bar setting March through October.

Raccoon Lakeside Lodge is about an hour's drive west of Indianapolis at Cecil M. Harden Lake. Accommodations at the lodge consist of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. Full kitchens with dishes and flatware are in each apartment along with decks that include porch swings. Pontoon and personal watercraft rentals are available through the lodge. A nearby boat dock is also available for guests with boats. Turkey Run State Park is a 15 minute drive south from the resort. The park offers hiking and horseback riding trails.
