Motels in Cavendish, PEI

Home to red sandstone cliffs and miles of coastline, Cavendish sits in the northern portion of Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province. While popular for its beaches, Cavendish is perhaps best known as the fictional home of Lucy Maud Montgomery's "Anne of Green Gables" series. The island has embraced its role in inspiring the books and offers many Anne-themed attractions, theaters and museums dedicated to Montgomery herself. Country cottages and shorefront motels, souvenir shops and cafes dot the streets of this hamlet by the sea.
