Klipsan Beach Cottages have a variety of amenities that help guests relax in a scenic and quiet atmosphere. The resort is composed of eight cottages, each equipped with a stocked kitchen, firewood, flat screen television, bath and shower. Guests are able to choose between cottages of up to three bedrooms; each bedroom can comfortably sleep two people. Additional guests will incur a $10 charge. Rooms are non-smoking. All cottages are surrounded by landscape and have a view of the Pacific Ocean. No pets are allowed on the premises.
Cottage reservation prices vary differ according to the date of reservation and the amount of bedrooms requested. Price categories include summer, regular and off-season. Summer prices start from June to September. Regular pricing starts from October to June, but only for weekend reservations. Finally, off-season prices are available for reservations made for days between Sunday and Thursday during the months of October to June. Klipsan Beach Cottages' busiest seasons are from June through September and during holidays. A 50-percent deposit is required to make a reservation; deposits are forfeited for no-shows. Reservation requests for holidays and special events must be made six months prior to date of arrival.
Guests are able to receive a full refund of their deposit if they cancel their reservation at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival. However, full refunds require a cancellation of at least 30 days prior if the reservation date falls during a high demand period or holiday. Cancellations made less than the designated requirements will only be refunded if the cottage can be re-rented to another customer. Late cancellations will also incur a 10 percent administrative fee.
