Six cabins are available on the Hotel Liberty, which may be booked for one or two guests. Cabins have running water and a skylight. All guests receive a continental breakfast, served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The Liberty is a working tall ship. The ship sails daily from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., although the schedule can change due to special events and private charters. Guests are expected to be on land during the ship's cruising hours unless they have paid for a harbor cruise. Check-in occurs at the ship's office located on the wharf, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Guests may check in and leave their baggage at the office if the ship is out sailing. All guests of the hotel receive a 30 percent discount on the ship's cruises.

The ship is less than a mile from the famous Italian neighborhood The North End and within walking distance of Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The North End features Italian restaurants, grocery and gift stores, as well as boutiques selling clothing and shoes. Faneuil Hall Marketplace is one of Boston's most famous landmarks. The marketplace is over 250 years old and contains over 100 shops and more than 10 restaurants. Quincy Market has a food court that offers more than 30 stands, selling international fare. The landmark Boston restaurant Durgin Park is located next to Faneuil Hall. Constitution Marina is near the Charlestown section of Boston. Boston Garden and the U.S.S. Constitution Museum are within five minutes walking distance of the marina. The North End is directly across the Charlestown Bridge, less than a mile from the marina.
