According to the River Valley Region Association's Missouri travel guide, the state's wine production has more than doubled since 2001.

    • Winery tours are available throughout the state that provide opportunities to learn about, and sample, Missouri wines. You can also plan your visit around the many wine-related special events that occur throughout the year in the state such as the St. Louis Wine Fest and Missouri Wine Festival.
