Located right on the Spring River, 3 Rivers Outfitters offers 10 cabins, all within walking distance to the town of Hardy. Most cabins sleep six to eight adults, but the Couple's Cabin is available for a two-person getaway. All cabins come with a refrigerator and cable TV, yet many provide full kitchens and decks with outdoor grills. Campgrounds with water and electrical access are also available. Book canoe, kayak, raft and tube trips on the property. The staff members at 3 Rivers Outfitters also sell fishing and outdoor supplies as well as Arkansas hunting and fishing licenses. Pets are not allowed.

Southfork Resort offers eight cabins with kitchens or kitchen equipment and 22 camping sites. Located appropriately on the Spring River's south fork, the area provides access to class one and two rapids. Canoe, raft, kayak and tube rentals are available on the grounds, as well as a store with snacks and supplies. Full cabins sleep from two to 10 people, and a property bunkhouse can be rented as separate units or sleep up to 11. All cabins have satellite TV and decks. The resort provides bed linens, except in the bunkhouse unit, but guests must provide towels. Pets are allowed with prior clearance from the resort.

Riverview Compound provides three restored homes from the late 1920s and 1930s on a hill overlooking one of the Spring River's falls. The homes are available for rental as entire properties or as individual suites within the homes. Property owners handle most restoration, saving original or incorporating appropriate character pieces such as cast iron sinks, claw-foot tubs and antique railings. Television and DVD players, as well as kitchens or kitchenettes are provided in most accommodations. Set on almost two acres, the compound offers ponds, picnic areas and private river access. Walk to Bufford Beach Park with additional picnic areas and a boat launch. Pets are not allowed.
