Most cabins sleep six to eight adults, but the Couple's Cabin is available for a two-person getaway. All cabins come with a refrigerator and cable TV, yet many provide full kitchens and decks with outdoor grills. Campgrounds with water and electrical access are also available. Book canoe, kayak, raft and tube trips on the property. The staff members at 3 Rivers Outfitters also sell fishing and outdoor supplies as well as Arkansas hunting and fishing licenses. Pets are not allowed.

Located appropriately on the Spring River's south fork, the area provides access to class one and two rapids. Full cabins sleep from two to 10 people, and a property bunkhouse can be rented as separate units or sleep up to 11. All cabins have satellite TV and decks.
