Hot Springs

• Hot Springs Log Cabins is located just south of Hot Springs, North Carolina. The 11-acre property includes four pet-friendly secluded cabins, the Paw Print, the Hound Heaven, the Holly and the Pine. All of the pet-friendly cabins have a pet gate to keep pets on the porch, and the Paw Print and the Holly feature outdoor pet enclosures. Only two pets are allowed in each cabin, and guests must pay a one-time non-refundable $25 fee, which is later donated to a local animal shelter. Cabin rentals range from $125 to $150 per night.

Seven Foxes

• The Cabins at Seven Foxes mountain resort in Lake Toxaway, North Carolina, consists of five cabins situated on seven acres. The secluded Raccoon Loft, Bear Cave, Squirrel Nest, Fox Hole and Deer Lodge cabins are pet-friendly and feature modern amenities, such as air conditioning, telephones and satellite television. Rates vary by cabin from $165 to $275 per night and between $1,040 and $1,730 weekly. A non-refundable pet deposit of $50 per animal is required for all pets. A $30 to $100 housekeeping charge will be assessed on all reservations and is dependent upon cabin size and length of stay.

Smoky Falls

• Smoky Falls Vacation Rentals is located in the Maggie Valley region of the Smoky Mountains. Smoky Falls offers five pet-friendly secluded cabins: Blueberry Hill, Eagle Ridge, Emerald Cove, Peace of Mind and Running Bear Falls. Pet-friendly cabins start at $90 per night and $575 per week, and the most expensive cabin rents for $145 per night and $895 per week. All reservations include a $200 refundable damage deposit and a $45 nonrefundable reservation processing fee.
