There are several rental cabins on Boone Lake.The Pine Lodge at Boone Lake is a large 2,400-square-foot cabin near Kingsport, Tennessee. Amenities include two wood-burning fireplaces, a pool table, board games and a hot tub. The Anglers Fishing Cabin is a 1,500-square-foot cabin that sleeps 10 to 12 guests. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, pool table, foosball and air-hockey table. The Castaway Lakefront Lodge is the largest cabin with 2,700 square feet. It sleeps up to 16 guests and has all the amenities of the two other cabins, plus a private boat dock.

Watauga River Cabins are located about 45 minutes outside of Kingston, Tennessee. The Watauga River is considered one of the best cold water fisheries east of the Mississippi River.
