Blue Smoke Mountain Cabins are approximately 10 minutes from Townsend's town center and provide guests with quick access to Cade's Cove, a valley that features a 19th century pioneer village. Cade's Cove has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This cabin resort offers four log cabins: Cherokee Breeze, Moonshine Ridge, Serenity Mill and Wind Rider Lodge. Situated in the eastern end of Townsend, Dogwood Cabins provides its guests complimentary privileges to the restaurant and swimming pool at Laurel Valley Golf Club, only 10 minutes from the cabin resort. Although the pool is only open from May to October, the restaurant is open throughout the year.
