    • With cabins that range from one to five bedrooms and feature kitchens and fireplaces, Croy's Cabins and Hunting Lodge lies on 1,000 acres of land, where deer, Russian boar, elk, rams, buffalo and turkey hunts can be arranged for guests. The cabins are just a 10-minute drive away from Tusculum College and the President Andrew Johnson Museum and Library.     • Just five miles from the Appalachian Trail and the Cherokee National Forest, Serenity Cove was built in 1995 as an educational and health restoration center and retreat facility, offering environmental housing and wilderness seminars. The cabins were built with energy-efficient and environmentally sound principles in mind, and these principles are taught in cabin-building workshops. The solid-wood cabins with full kitchens all have porches complete with rocking chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the tranquility.     Hemlock Hollow Inn

    • Only half a mile off the Appalachian Trail, Hemlock Hollow offers cabins and campgrounds amid pines, maples, hemlocks and oaks and next to a gentle running creek. The camp store and cafe offers gourmet coffees, teas and food, as well as a large supply of hiking gear. Internet service is also available for those who need to stay connected. Cabins have kitchenettes, but no bathroom facilities. There is a wash house with showers for all campers to use. Cabins start at $48 per night, as at 2010.
