Jordan Valley is a small town in Eastern Oregon close to the Idaho border. The town is known as the home of the Basques who came to Jordan Valley from Spain between 1890 and 1918. Visitors come to Jordan Valley to visit the historical sights in the area, view wildlife and enjoy the beauty of the wide valley. While not a huge tourist town, Jordan Valley does have a handful of motels to choose from.

    • The Sahara Motel has simple rooms at affordable prices. Few amenities come with this motel, but rooms do have a coffee maker and parking is free. Since they have no website, reservations and questions must be handled over the phone or in person. The motel is run by the Madariaga brothers who are of Basque decent.

    Basque Station Motel

    • This motel can be found directly across the street from Jordan Valley's Basque restaurant. Rooms come with cable television, pets are permitted at no extra charge and this motel has a pool. The Basque Station receives average reviews from tripadvisor members. They also have no website, so make reservations by calling ahead and check in at the neighboring gas station.

    Rome's Station

    • Rome's Station is a town just north of Jordan Valley. Due to it being unincorporated, it is still considered part of the Jordan Valley township. At Rome's Station are several cabins to rent in a serene location.
