Mirabelle offers a fine-dining atmosphere and French cuisine on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. Mirabelle supplies epicurean, dinner and dessert menus and hosts banquets.
The epicurean menu applies a fixed per person rate and choice of one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert. Appetizers include soup, salad or mushroom tarte, followed by main course meals such as roasted duck, petit filet or the pasta-of-the-day. This menu features poached pear or vanilla flan for dessert.
The Mirabelle dinner menu extends to include starters such as lobster bisque, sautéed frog legs, escargot and veal sweetbreads. The entrée selection offers grilled ostrich, veal scaloppini, roasted rack of lamb, lobster tail and seafood bouillabaisse. Desserts such as lady fingers with Bavarian cream, meringue cookies and chocolate soufflé are available.
