The Woodland Lakes RV Park consists of 89 recreational vehicle campsites with full patios. Around half are pull-throughs, and all of the spaces are 30 feet wide. Lengths vary, but the campground has sites that can accommodate even big rigs. Each campsite has full electric, water and sewage hookups, as well as free connections for cable television and telephone service. Wireless Internet is accessible throughout the campground, which has a laundry facility for guests' use and sells propane. No restrooms or showers are provided on the property. The campground has three lakes for freshwater fishing, and picnic tables and barbecue grills are available lakeside. The park also has horseshoe pits. Woodland Lakes accepts major credit cards and operates year-round. Dogs are welcome but must weigh less than 20 pounds to use the campground's dog walk area.

A small facility, Brown Road RV Park has only 10 recreational vehicle campsites. The campsites are on level gravel and equipped with full electric, water and sewage hookups. Trash removal is available for long-term guests, and portable toilets are on the property for guests' use. The campground does not offer showers or a laundry facility; however, the Washateria, a local laundromat is nearby. Rates are based on double occupancy of the RV, with additional fees assessed for children or other guests. The park does not allow pets. Open year-round, Brown Road RV Park does not accept credit cards.
