Located directly inside Craters of the Moon National Monument, this campground has a limited number of RV sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. No hookups, dump stations or showers are provided. Picnic tables, restrooms, charcoal grills and water are available. The campground remains unplowed during winter and RVs cannot drive in, as you must snow shoe or ski into the site. No wood fires allowed, and there is a 50 percent off discount available for Golden Age and Golden Access pass holders.

Located just 18 miles from Craters of the Moon National Monument, this RV campground is proprietor run. An abundance of amenities are available to guests, including full hookups (water, sewage, electric), big rig access, free Wi-Fi, laundry and private showers. In addition, the on-site restaurant provides guests with free breakfast from June through August. Recreational and community oriented amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grills, a miniature golf course and two horseshoe courts. It is open annually between May 1 and Oct. 31. There are 10 percent discounts for AAA and Good Sam.

Located 20 miles from the national monument, this RV campground offers full hookups, free Wi-Fi and 40-foot RV/tent sites for rent by the day, week or month. Showers, laundry, fire rings and storage are available for guest use. In addition, complimentary bicycles and VCR videos are available for loan. A group area and playground is available for recreation and mingling with other travelers. There is a 5 percent discounts available for KOA, AARP, Good Sam and members of the military.
