RV Campgrounds Near Blackfoot, Idaho

Blackfoot is in the southeast region of Idaho in Bingham County and is renowned for its Idaho Russet potatoes. Approximately 30 percent of the potatoes grown in the United States are grown in the Blackfoot area. Visitors to the park can step back into history by exploring the Aldridge Schoolhouse or the General Store. The park can accommodate 12 RVs. Amenities include a group shelter, sanitary dump station, restrooms with showers, fire pits, playground, volleyball court, tennis court, softball field, boat ramp, model airplane flying field, picnic facilities and basketball courts. Additional park activities include boating and fishing on the Snake River. Rates as of 2010 are $16 per day.

    Snake River RV Park

    • Snake River RV Park is in Idaho Falls, approximately 28 miles from Blackfoot. Nearby attractions include Yellowstone Park, a weekly farmers market, the Idaho Falls symphony, the Museum of Idaho, trails along the greenbelt on the Snake River, Tautphaus Park Zoo, walking tours, restaurants and shopping.
