RV Campgrounds Near Boston

Boston is both the biggest city and the capital of Massachusetts.     • Boston Minuteman Campground is approximately 30 miles from Boston in Littleton, Massachusetts. The campground offers wooded sites, clean shower and restroom facilities (including handicapped restrooms), well-stocked on-site mini mart, round-the-clock guest laundry, a playground for children, pull-throughs, computer for guests' use, full hookups, cable television and complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access.

      Activities include horseshoes, volleyball basketball courts and a seasonal, heated swimming pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The RV park's recreational hall offers movies, television, ping pong, video games and a pool table.

    Winter Island

    • Winter Island Park is in Salem, Massachusetts, about 35 minutes from the heart of Boston. The park is a marine recreational resort that provides quick access to area attractions such as Fort Pickering Lighthouse and Salem Harbor. RV sites with 30/50 amp service are available, both on the waterfront and in the field. Other features of the RV campground include reserved picnic tables, function hall, boat launch, dinghy rack rental and pedestal grills. The park makes tent camping available.

    Black Bear

    • Black Bear Campground is in Salisbury, Massachusetts, less than one hour's drive from Boston. The campground has 200 sites, all of which are equipped with full hookups and 30/50 amp service. The park offers 20 big rig and pull-through sites. It places no restrictions on trailer sizes. Other highlights include complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, a large playground for children, basketball, two swimming pools, horseshoes, volleyball, pool table, clean restroom and shower facilities, fireplaces and picnic section.
