• Approximately 16 miles east of Mira Loma, the Terrace Village RV Park is located on a plateau between the scenic peaks of Blue Mountain and La Loma Hills. The park has 43 paved RV sites that are full hookups with either 20-, 30- or 50-amp electric. The sites also are equipped with cable TV and free high-speed wireless Internet.

  Amenities include restrooms, showers and a security gate. Both open and shaded sites are available at a campground with a heated seasonal pool and a spa.

  An additional facility is a recreation room where guests gather to play games or hold parties. The sites are rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Park models also are available for rent.

• Twelve miles to the south of Mira Loma, the Glen Ivy RV Park Glen Ivy is conveniently located off an exit on Interstate 15 and just south of the town of Corona. This is a large park with 350 sites for RVs that all come with water, sewer, 30-amp electric and cable TV hookups. The sites can handle RVs up to 40 feet.

  The Glen Ivy RV park has basic amenities such as laundry facilities, restrooms and showers. Other features include a full-service cocktail lounge, a lodge, a restaurant, a game room, two swimming pools, a playground, horseshoe pits and volleyball facilities.

  Open throughout the year, the Glen Ivy RV Park also has a general store and a teen center for older children.

• The Fairplex KOA/RV Park in Pomona can be found 17 miles to the west of Mira Loma. Situated at the crossroads of Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties, the Fairplex KOA/RV Park is spread out over 12 acres and offers great views of the San Gabriel Mountains.

  It has 185 RV sites that are full hookups and provide easy access to two dump stations, restrooms, showers and laundry facilities. Campers can also opt to stay in one- and two-bedroom cabins.
