The $24 sites have electric and water connections, while the $30 sites, 24 of them, offer electric, water and sewer connections. The park features sites that are within walking distance of Santa Rosa Beach. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is located about 10 miles east of Destin in Santa Rosa Beach. The park offers 156 camp sites with electric, water and sewer connections for $42 per night as of April of 2010. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park features bath, shower and laundry facilities, an outdoor swimming pool, and camp sites that are within walking distance of the park's 3.2 miles of beach. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park also features a paved bicycle path that leads to the beach and more than 13 miles of hiking trails.
