Bombs Away Bay is the park's children's play area, which has dozens of fountains and child-size slides, as well as a large pirate ship to play in. Its latest attraction is the Honolulu Half Pipe, a continuous wave that people can boogie board on -- you're guaranteed to catch a wave.
One of the only water parks in Pensacola, Fun City has more than 20 rides and attractions for families. In addition, the park also has an arcade for kids who need a break from the sun. Attractions include bumper boats, go carts, water slides and miniature golf. There are more than 15 water slides at the park, as well as a lazy river. Fun City also can be rented out for special events.
Shipwreck Island Water Park is located in nearby Panama City, not far from Fort Walton Beach or Destin, Florida. This water park has more than 15 attractions available for both kids and adults. Attractions include the Ocean Motion Wave Pool, the White Knuckle River and a Zoom Flume. There also is a kids play area, called the Tadpole Hole, which has a variety of play areas. The water park also has two mega slides: the Tree Top Drop and Pirate's Plunge.
