Penalty for violation of restricted license.-- A person violating any of the provisions of a restricted license issued under this article shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall have the restricted license revoked and shall not be eligible to receive any operator's or chauffeur's license for one year from the date of conviction.
