Visitors may choose to rent one or both houses. Whether you're a honeymooning couple, a family or a large group of friends your accommodation needs can be met. Enjoy wonderful ocean vistas from every living space, relax in the shade of the palapa hut or step off the back porch for a stroll along the beach. Amenities include parking, patio and balcony, kitchen, laundry service and maid service. High season runs Jan. 5 through April 30, and the rate is $7,650 per week. Low season runs May 1 through Dec. 15, and the rate is $6,620 per week. There is a three day minimum stay. During holiday season -- Dec. 16 through Jan. 4 -- rates jump to $9,200 per week with a seven day minimum stay, as of December, 2010.

    Casa Caribe

    • This luxury villa boasts everything required for a relaxing getaway. Play del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue rests a short five minute stroll from your door, but you may not want to leave. Each of the five large bedrooms comes complete with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub, too. Beat the heat with a dip in the private pool or a quick dash to the ocean. Other amenities include parking, maid service, full kitchen and dining room and a gas grill. Peak season begins Jan. 5 and goes until April 30, and the weekly rate is $9,500. Go between May 1 and Dec. 15 to get the low season rate of $8,500 per week. A three day minimum stay is required. Holiday rates vary, and the minimum stay jumps to seven nights.     • This enchanting colonial style villa lures vacationers with its charm, enticing visitors stay much longer than they planned. Spend mornings strolling in the Caribbean sunrise or sipping coffee on the large terrace. As the day heats up, cool off with a dip in the private infinity edge pool. With five bedrooms and four baths, Casa Frajari provides plenty of room for families or friends. Amenities include maid service, laundry facilities, parking, and full kitchen facilities.
