    Linda Bean's Perfect Main Lobster

    • Linda Bean's Perfect Main Lobster restaurant, the original restaurant that spawned a mini-chain throughout the state, is located in Old Port. The restaurant offers just-caught, live lobster directly from the waterfront and is committed to sustainable practices to maintain the local lobster fishery. It is a "dip-net" restaurant, which means that if you order a whole lobster, you can select the one you'd like to eat. Diners can also choose from lobster rolls, lobster panini, lobster stew or chowder and lobster salads. While lobster is not on the dessert menus, homemade Whoopie Pies are on it. If lobster isn't your thing, you can order chicken salad and a few other dishes, but Linda Bean's non-lobster choices are extremely limited.
