Prepare your future reservation on Norwegian Cruise Lines for quick reference. You can use the paper documents you may have received in the mail, or log into your Norwegian Cruise Lines account.
Call Norwegian Cruise Lines at (866)234-0292 and choose the proper selections to bring you to a cruise counselor that can help you with an existing reservation.
Ask the cruise counselor about rates for categories higher than the one that you are booked in. Often times, the closer you get to the cruise, the lower the rates go.
Ask the cruise counselor if you are able to upgrade without spending any more money on your fare. If you are able to, the cruise counselor will assist you. If not, call back at a later time.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 the day before your cruise leaves.
Ask if there are any open cabins in a category higher than what you are booked in.
Ask how you can upgrade to a better cabin when you find out if there are better cabins available. Often times, they qill upgrade you for a small fee.
