Table Mountain, a flat-top mountain with an elevation of 3,558 feet, is a popular attraction for visitors to Cape Town, South Africa. The easiest way to go up Table Mountain is take a ride on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway and then hike back down. The mountain is very steep and hiking up can be dangerous, especially for someone not in top physical condition.
