Located on an island in the La Siene, Notre Dame is one of the most famous churches in the world. You will wait in line to walk through the church, but it is free and full of impressive stained glass. Do not forget to go to the top to see the famous gargoyles.
Commissioned by Napoleon in 1806, the Arc de Triomphe is the largest triumphal arch in the world. You can go to the top of the arc to view Paris from above.
