How to Find the Best Beaches in Spain

Spain has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Beaches are a must see when travelling to Spain no matter what kind of weather it is at the time you go.

Instructions

    • 1

Talk to your travel agent. Usually your travel agent will know either first hand or by what they heard from others that have travelled to Spain. Ask where the best location would be in order to see the best beaches.

    • 2

Travel to northern Spain. When trying to find the best beaches there are quite a few located in the northern region of the country. In particular, there are beaches in Gandia, Santander, Asturia, and Bilbao. These beaches have some of the best scenery and some have large crowds of people tanning and boat riding.

    • 3

Go to the southern region of Spain. This is where you will find beaches catering to younger crowds. In particular, Tarifa and Nerja have beaches that are considered the hot spots where college-aged people hang out.

    • 4

Take a trip to northwest Spain to Galicia in order to find beaches with the best rock formations. These beaches are great for taking beautiful photographs and relaxing.

    • 5

Ask the receptionist or person at the front desk of the hotel you are staying at which beaches they would recommend. There may be some nude beaches around so question the receptionist where those are in the area, so that you will know before you go what to expect.

Go to the island Ibiza. This is a little island southeast of Spain. The beaches on this island have some of the best scenery, but mostly teenagers go to hang out on these beaches. Therefore, expect a lot of music and drinking along with swimming and tanning. Your age will depend on whether or not you will enjoy these beaches on Ibiza island.
