Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom is a favorite among toddlers and pre-school-age children. This area offers attractions with popular characters such as Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo the Flying Elephant and TinkerBell. At Epcot, the Kidcot Fun Stops in World Showcase offer activities and crafts to introduce young children to different cultures. Epcot's Future World features The Journey Into Imagination ride and The Seas with Nemo & Friends for younger children. Many of the stage shows at Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios are also suitable for pre-schoolers, including Playhouse Disney -- Live on Stage! and Finding Nemo -- The Musical. Character meetings and parades in all four parks are also suitable for younger children.
Most of Disney's attractions suit children in elementary school just fine, especially at the Magic Kingdom, with rides like Pirates of the Caribbean, the Haunted Mansion and It's a Small World. Popular options at other parks include the wildlife exhibits at Animal Kingdom; Test Track, Innoventions and the World Showcase performers at Epcot; and Toy Story Mania and Muppet*Vision 3-D at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Playgrounds such as The Boneyard at Animal Kingdom and the "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" Movie Set Adventure at Disney's Hollywood Studios are also popular.
Each theme park has at least two "thrill rides," which are popular among adventure-seeking pre-teens and teens: Space Mountain, Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom; Dinosaur and Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom; Test Track and Mission: Space at Epcot; and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rockin Rollercoaster Featuring Aerosmith at the Studios.
Teens seeking tamer rides typically enjoy the attractions at Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland, The American Idol Experience at the Studios, Soarin' at Epcot and Kilimanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom.
In addition to the attractions for children and teens, adults may enjoy attractions such as the Circle-Vision 360 movies shown in Epcot's Canada, China and France pavilions; Spaceship Earth and the Living With the Land boat ride in Epcot's Future World; the Studio Backlot Tour and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at the Studios; and the Walt Disney Railroad and Carousel of Progress at Magic Kingdom.
