How to Find Out the Balance on My Hopper Tickets for Disney World
Walt Disney World's Magic Your Way base tickets allow individuals entry into one theme park per day. Tickets can be purchased for multiple days and guests can also customize their tickets to include other park options like Walt Disney World's Park Hopper and the No Expiration Date option. The Park Hopper option allows guests to visit Magic Kingdom theme park, Epcot theme park, Disney Hollywood Studios theme park and Disney Animal Kingdom theme park, all in one day without paying an additional entry fee. With the No Expiration option, any unused days do not expire and can be used for future visits. If you didn't use all your park days during your initial visit, chances are you have an available balance for future visits.

Read over your ticket. The Your Way ticket is good for the number of days printed on the ticket and up to two weeks after the day that it's first used. If you didn't purchase the No Expiration Date option and it's been more than two weeks since you first used it, your ticket has no days left

Go to Walt Disney World guest relations in person to check your balance. Contrary to what you may hear, Walt Disney World customer service representatives no longer give out balance information over the phone.
