How to Exchange Park Hopper at Walt Disney World
A Park Hopper ticket to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida means its holder can enter any of four theme parks during the time the ticket is valid. Park Hoppers can be purchased for up to 10 visits, but they must be used within 14 days of the first visit. The cost of a Park Hopper can be applied toward an exchange for an annual pass anytime within the 14-day window. An annual pass gives the ticket-holder unlimited visits to the four parks for one year.

Go to guest services near the entrance of any of the four parks. The exchange can only be made in person at a guest service office.

Present the Park Hopper ticket to the Disney guest services cashier and say you want to exchange it for an annual pass.

Pay the exchange cost, which is the price for an annual pass minus the amount paid for the Park Hopper ticket.

Sign the back of the pass when the cashier presents it to you.
