You must buy the Park Hopper pass as an add-on option to your regular Magic Your Way ticket. Every regular ticket into Walt Disney World begins the same way. You add more options to it, depending on how you want to customize your vacation.
The Walt Disney World pass with Park Hopper is valid at the four major parks on site. These include Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. It does not include Disney Quest or the water parks.
You must use the hand or finger scan at every park entrance, every time you enter another park throughout your day. Your finger scan must match the one recorded and connected to your pass.
The first person who uses a pass in Walt Disney World is the owner, and will be recorded with a finger scan. You may not loan your pass to anyone else. If you allow anyone else to use your pass, you may lose your park privileges and have your pass confiscated.
Your pass with Park Hopper option will expire 14 days after the first time that you use it. You may add a non-expiration option for an additional charge, if you are planning on coming back to Walt Disney World later in the year.
